・秋の味覚🥰👯
最近、ふと『秋の味覚』を考えていたのですが…😍
日本の秋の味覚には『きのこ』『マスカット』『さつまいも』『栗』等々様々な食材が多くなりますが、更に『食欲の秋』も手伝って欲張りな胃袋になりますよね🤭
『土瓶蒸し』や『焼きマツタケ』『栗ご飯』もいいのですが、やはり別腹のスイーツも捨てがたい😆
それで食べたいものを想像してみた結果、以下のようなイメージになりました🥰『マロングラッセ』『モンブラン』『かぼちゃプリン』『さつまいもタルト』…🍰
うーん、、、美味しそうです✨😊皆さんは『秋と言えば』何の食材や食べ物を思い浮かべますか？食材が多くなる季節…日本の秋はワクワク感が増す季節、個人的には日本人に生まれた事に感謝する季節でもあります😆🌰🍂

The Flavors of Autumn in Japan 🎃👯
I’ve been thinking about the “flavors of autumn” lately… 😍
Autumn in Japan brings an abundance of ingredients—mushrooms, Muscat grapes, sweet potatoes, chestnuts, and so much more. And with the arrival of the season known for hearty appetites, it’s only natural to find ourselves wanting to eat a little bit of everything! 🤭
While dishes like dobin-mushi (steamed soup in a clay pot), grilled matsutake mushrooms, and chestnut rice are wonderful, one simply cannot overlook the sweets—there’s always room for dessert! 😆
So, I let my imagination run wild, and here’s what came to mind: marrons glacés (candied chestnuts), Mont Blanc, pumpkin pudding, sweet potato tart… 🍰
Mmm… they all sound so delicious! ✨😊 When you think of autumn, what ingredients or foods come to mind? It’s a season overflowing with a rich variety of produce—a time that makes autumn in Japan all the more exciting. Personally, it’s also a time when I feel truly grateful to have been born Japanese! 😆🌰🍂
