・生クリームロールケーキ🥰👯

先日、スーパーで『生クリームロールケーキ』が値引きになっていたので購入してみました！😍

北海道産生クリームを使用したロールケーキで、普段はそこそこのお値段なので稀にしか購入しないのですが、幸運にも広告値引きのお品でした！口に入れると生地はフワフワ、クリームはトロリと溶けてしまいます…

甘いのだけど、どんどん進んでしまいます。4等分に切れているので、2枚づつ食べていますが、思わず4枚全部食べてしまいそうな誘惑にかられます😂

無性に生クリームが食べたくなる時があるので、そんな時は通常のケーキショップで購入するよりもコストパフォーマンスが良いのでお薦めです‼👍

The other day, I spotted a “Fresh Cream Roll Cake” on sale at the supermarket, so I decided to buy it! 😍

It’s a roll cake made with fresh cream from Hokkaido. It usually comes with a fairly high price tag, so I rarely buy it, but I got lucky and found it on special offer! When you take a bite, the sponge is incredibly fluffy, and the cream just melts in your mouth…

It’s sweet, yet you just keep wanting more. It comes pre-sliced ​​into four pieces; I usually eat two at a time, but I’m constantly tempted to just go ahead and eat all four! 😂

Sometimes I get an irresistible craving for fresh cream, and for those moments, I highly recommend this—it offers much better value for money than buying from a standard cake shop! 👍

高知県の海洋深層水を使用した『塩けんぴ』がスーパーにあったので、購入してみました！

通常のいもけんぴよりも、華奢なタイプですが甘さ控えめでどんどん進んでしまいます。そもそも『いもけんぴ』が進むスナックなのですが…💦😝

この塩けんぴ、私の記憶違いでなければ、昔、宮川大輔さんの番組『青空レストラン』? の、高知ロケで紹介されていたような気が…

その時『高知県に行ったら食べたい！』と思っていた商品の気も…？？？はっきり言い切れないところが悲しい😅 (でも、実際に高知へ旅行した時には、すっかり忘れていました…😆)

I’ll murmur just a little…

Japanese snack, Shio Kenpi 🥰👯

found some “Shio-Kenpi” (salted sweet potato strips) made with deep-sea water from Kochi Prefecture at the supermarket, so I decided to buy some!

They are a bit more slender than the standard imo-kenpi, but with a more subtle sweetness, they’re incredibly addictive—though imo-kenpi are naturally the kind of snack you just can’t stop eating anyway… 💦😝

If I recall correctly, I think this salted version was featured a while back during a Kochi location shoot for Daisuke Miyagawa’s show, Aozora Restaurant…

I have a feeling it was one of those products I thought, “I definitely want to try this if I ever go to Kochi!” …though it’s a shame I can’t say for sure. 😅 (Then again, when I actually did travel to Kochi, I had completely forgotten about it… 😆)

・先日の定期通院で…👯

先日、シルバーウィーク前の18日(金)に予約を入れていた通院で内科に健康診断の結果と、月一の処方箋を取りにいったのですが…

受付を終えて、見まわして開いていた長椅子に座ったのですが、ふと疑問が🤔

まだ午前中の10:30前で、且つ予約枠の兼ね合いもあり、然程混んではいなかったのですが、ただ、椅子は結構埋まりつつある患者さんの数でした。

長椅子や中央のオットマンタイプのチェア以外にも、簡易的なパイプの丸椅子が5つ程配置されているのですが、、、丸椅子が埋まっていて、長椅子が歯抜け状態…

座席に座って人間ウォッチしていると、大半が空いていた長椅子(一人席を繋げて長椅子にしている)の椅子と椅子のつなぎ目の間に座る若い子がちらほら…

そういう場合に限ってスマホに夢中になっていたり、持っている鞄を椅子に座らせていたりなどなど。

その結果、ちゃんとした位置に座っている人との間に中途半端な空きが…

混んでくると、詰めてくれるの(かな？)かも知れませんが、何故そういう座り方をするのかな…と個人的に疑問が…人の側に近寄るのが嫌なのかなぁ…しらんけど…

でも、初めから詰めて座っていたら、丸椅子に座っている高齢方々が遠慮せず、背もたれのある快適な椅子に座れる筈なんだけどなぁ。と、悶々として、診察室から名前を呼ばれるのを待っておりました。

体型に差が出る事自体はしょうがないのです、どうでもいい拘りですが、なんか、こう、釈然としない今日この頃です😓(1つの椅子は結構広め)

電車の中でもありますよね、そういう残念な光景、、、

日本もどんどんマナーが悪くなりつつある気配です😔

I’ll murmur just a little…

・During my regular check-up the other day… 👯

The other day—Friday the 18th, just before the long weekend—I visited the internal medicine clinic for a scheduled appointment to review my health checkup results and pick up my monthly prescription.

After checking in, I looked around and sat on an empty bench, but a question suddenly crossed my mind.🤔

It wasn’t particularly crowded—it was before 10:30 AM, and the appointment schedule kept the flow steady—though the waiting area was filling up with patients.

In addition to the benches and the ottoman-style seats in the center, there were about five simple round folding stools set up; interestingly, the round stools were occupied, while the benches had gaps where people had left empty seats between them.

As I sat there people-watching, I noticed a few young people sitting right in the gap where two individual seats joined together on the bench—even though there were plenty of open seats available.

Invariably, these were the same people who were engrossed in their smartphones or had placed their bags on the seat next to them.

The result was an awkward, unusable gap between them and the person sitting in the proper position.

I wondered if they would scoot over once it got crowded—I don’t know—but I couldn’t help questioning why they chose to sit that way. Perhaps they just dislike being close to others?

If they had simply sat in the proper position from the start, elderly patients using the folding stools could have felt comfortable moving over to the more comfortable seats with backrests without hesitation. That’s what I was thinking as I sat there, feeling a bit frustrated while waiting for my name to be called.

Of course, differences in body size are unavoidable, and this is a trivial gripe, but it’s something that’s been bothering me lately. (The individual seats are actually quite wide.)

You see that sort of disappointing behavior on trains, too, don’t you?

It feels like manners in Japan are steadily going downhill. 😔

・今日のLUNCHは、食欲がなく…😶👯

何だか、昨日のお昼はこれと言って、食べたいものもなく…😞

とっても気になっていた、セイコーマート製限定の「北海道メロンソフト」を食べました😋

このソフトクリーム、良く行くスーパーで稀に特売をしており、今回もタイミングを待って、ようやくGetした次第です✨

※都合よく、現在お惣菜やお弁当、精製食品なども北海道フェアをしているようですので、おそらくその関係で、また登場してくれたのだと思います😊

北海道メロン果汁8%…初めてのセイコーマートのメロンソフト体験です😍

カップを開けたらメロンの香りが…一口食べたら、めっちゃメロン…二口食べたら益々メロン…ミルクアイスですが、メロンとミルキーな味がバランス良く、とっても食べ応えのあるソフトクリームでした😋

I’ll murmur just a little…

・I didn’t have much of an appetite for lunch… 😶👯

I didn’t really have a specific craving for anything in particular for lunch yesterday… 😞

So, I decided to try the “Hokkaido Melon Soft Serve” from Seicomart—something I’ve been really curious about for a long time. 😋

The supermarket I frequent occasionally puts this soft serve on sale; I’d been waiting for the right moment, and I finally managed to get my hands on it! ✨

*As it happens, they were holding a “Hokkaido Fair” featuring deli items, bento boxes, and other foods, so I imagine that’s why it was back in stock. 😊

It contains 8% Hokkaido melon juice… This was my first time trying Seicomart’s melon soft serve. 😍

As soon as I opened the plastic lid, I was greeted by the aroma of melon… One bite, and it was packed with melon flavor… Two bites, and the melon taste was even more intense… Although it’s a milk-based ice cream, the balance between the melon and the creamy milk flavor was perfect—it was a truly satisfying treat. 😋

I was very satisfied. 👍

Story011：クリエイティブな事が好き！今日もKogetsu(香月)の部屋へようこそ！

・今日のLUNCHは、気になっていたMOS-BURGER❣👯

先週から気になっていた、モスバーガーの『期間限定とろ月見』を遂に、早めのランチで頂きました🥰

それは…本日発売のMOS-BURGER 『月見フォカッチャ』！…待ちに待った『月見フォカッチャ』…😋

遂に早めのLunchで食べてしまいました…コレステロール爆盛りハンバーガー😆

フォカッチャはもっちり(多分、イートインだと、焼きたての表面も味わえると思います)Ｕの字のソーセージは見たままのあらびきソーセージのシャウエッセン(⋈◍＞◡＜◍)。✧♡

燻製の香りが食欲をそそる様にできています。ただ、味はシャウエッセンよりも油っぽくなく、美味しいと感じました。シャウエッセンだと、私は１本で胸やけがしてしまうのですが、モスのソーセージは、最後まで抵抗なく食べれました👍😋

肝心の『とろ月見（玉子)』ですが、半熟どころか、ほんっとうにとろーーり系ですので、かぶりついた時に気を付けてください。外側にはみ出て溶けだしてきます😝後は、まとめ役のチーズソースですが、個人的には癖になりそうな濃厚ソースでした。

今回の『とろ月見』は、一言で言うと『美味すぅぃーい！』です！😋

そして、今回私は、ポテトをMサイズにしましたが、もうお腹が満腹の結果にw.

んーーー、、、昼間っから美味しく頂きました❣

※ちなみに、私はMOS-BURGERの関係者でも何でもありません。消費者としての感想です🤣

I’ll murmur just a little…

・For lunch today, I went to MOS Burger—a place I’ve been really curious about! ❣😶👯

I finally tried the “Limited-Time Gooey Tsukimi” (Moon-Viewing) burger from MOS Burger for an early lunch—something I’ve been eyeing since last week. 🥰

It’s the “Tsukimi Focaccia” that launched today! The long-awaited “Tsukimi Focaccia”… 😋

I finally caved and had it for an early lunch—a burger absolutely packed with cholesterol! 😆

The focaccia is wonderfully chewy (I imagine if you eat in, you can enjoy the freshly toasted surface too). The U-shaped sausage is—as it looks—a coarse-ground sausage just like “Schau Essen.” (⋈◍＞◡＜◍)。✧♡

It has a smoky aroma that really whets the appetite. However, I felt the taste was less greasy than standard Schau Essen and truly delicious. Usually, just one Schau Essen sausage gives me heartburn, but I was able to eat the MOS sausage all the way through without any trouble. 👍😋

As for the star of the show—the “Gooey Tsukimi” (egg)—it’s not just soft-boiled; it is seriously runny and gooey, so be careful when you take a big bite! It tends to ooze out the sides. 😝 Then there’s the cheese sauce that ties it all together; personally, I found it to be a rich, addictive sauce.

In short, this “Gooey Tsukimi” is just… soooo delicious! 😋

I ordered a medium size for the fries, but I ended up completely stuffed.

Mmm… had a delicious meal right in the middle of the day! ❣

今週、都内はずっと雨が降っていますが、部屋の風通しをしようと、玄関と、ベランダの窓を開けたら…

急すぎる…いくら低気圧とはいえ…初冬の冷たさなんですけど…

天候が悪いと涼しいですが、昨日まではさすがに冷たい気温になっていました😫日本の四季はどうなっていくのか…

日本では既に秋模様になりつつあるものの…今日も曇り空ですが、厚い雨雲ではなく明るい曇り空。また、湿度が上がって蒸し蒸ししています…

出勤も、通学もこんな状態の天候では、うんざりですよね😢室内に居れば、冷房を付ければいいだけですが…朝から付けるのは正直複雑です。

朝の涼しい時間はいずこへ…🥺

Up until yesterday, it really had been a stretch of cold days… 💦 👯

It’s been raining non-stop in Tokyo this week, but when I opened the front door and the balcony window to air out the room…

It was freezing!😨☔

It’s so sudden… even with the low-pressure system… it feels like the chill of early winter…

It’s cool when the weather is bad, but up until yesterday, it had actually turned quite cold 😫 I wonder what’s happening to Japan’s four seasons…

Although Japan is already taking on an autumnal feel… it is cloudy again today, though not with heavy rain clouds—rather, it is a bright, overcast sky. Humidity has risen, too, making it feel muggy and stifling…

Commuting to work or school in weather like this is such a drag, isn’t it? 😢 Of course, if you’re indoors, you could just turn on the AC… but honestly, it feels a bit conflicted turning it on first thing in the morning.
